You can try on swimsuits in just a few simple steps—feel free to give it a try!

  1. Select up to 3 items you wish to try and fill out the form.

  2. We will send you a deposit payment link via email.

  3. Receive your items. Take 3 days to try them on at your leisure.

  4. Keep the items you love to complete your purchase.

  5. Return any items you do not wish to keep using prepaid shipping.

To use the service, please fill out the form below. After submitting, you will receive an email with the deposit payment link. Completing the payment confirms your TRY AT HOME reservation.

    Important Notes

  • All items you wish to try must be paid for upfront as a deposit (insurance). Once you decide which items to keep (and return any items, if applicable), the difference will be refunded. Please note that refunds may take several days to a few weeks, depending on your card issuer.

  • If an item sells out on our website before your deposit payment is completed, priority will be given to the person who purchased first.

  • Shipping fees are ¥1,500 nationwide. For Kyushu and Hokkaido: ¥2,000; Okinawa and remote islands: ¥2,600. Please note that shipping is charged even if you decide not to purchase the items after trying them.

  • Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay only.

  • For requests exceeding 3 items, an additional ¥300 per extra item will apply.

  • You may try on a maximum of 5 items.

  • Items with limited stock may not be available for TRY AT HOME. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The deposit payment link is valid for 2 days. Expired links will be automatically canceled.

  • This service applies only to eit swim swimsuits. Our lingerie line, OTO, is not eligible.

  • In the interest of recycling, we may reuse previously used packaging for shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
