From Plant to Pattern: Beyond Indigo & Logwood

For our new pattern to be released in 2027, we’ve decided to continue with botanical motifs, following this season’s collection.

When creating our 2026 collection, we worked for the first time with WUY, who specializes in natural dyeing. We asked them to extract inks from plants, and then invited designer LAF to create a pattern using those botanical inks. It was a new kind of experiment for us.

We were completely captivated by the colors extracted from plants, and by the beauty of the pattern created with them.

Which plants we’ll use for the next pattern, and what colors they will reveal, are still a secret.

But there was one thing we knew from the beginning:
We wanted to add a color that felt completely unexpected.

There are still so many colors hidden within plants that even we haven’t seen before.

We want to explore that possibility further, and share more of it with you. This time, the design is likely to have a little more playfulness to it.

Flowing, organic, and beautifully blended like marble in 2026.
